Cutting

Our cutting expertise may be applied both EPP and EPS.

These materials are cut through heating a steel wire, which is then drawn at constant speed through a polystyrene block that has been manufactured beforehand using a block mold.

We have machines for flat cutting (parallelepiped objects), digital (2D objects) and 3-directional (3D). These cutting lines enable us to produce parts of varied geometrical complexity.

The 3D machine is used for relief-molded parts that are manufactured in single units or very small series.

The cutting process allows great use of the imagination in the design and production of parts.

This process may be used for many applications for both small and large series.
